INT Community Guidelines


    INT is short from “Innovation Intelligence”. INT official website aim to promote, share updated information, data, trends, and educate Innovation for all Medco Business Unit. As business entity, INT has its own profit goals, roadmap, mindset, and investment/project portfolio. 

    INT website platform will create digital account to all Medco Business Unit, create community, gamification, and interaction between each. Since netizen of digital community established on this platform, we need to create INT Community Guidelines as a rule to maintain it. 

    In consultation with relevant stakeholders, we update our Community Guidelines from time to time to evolve alongside new behaviors and risks, as part of our commitment to keeping INT website platform a safe place for creativity and joy. 

    User Identification Policy

    In INT platform, we divided user account into three categories of access rights:

    1. Registered User/account

    This user has rights to access all INT website, participate to comment, survey, and make interaction with other members in an article/threat comment discussion.

    1. Super User

    This user has right to contribute in making content/articles/blog in INT platform as netizen journalism. INT Platform has provide page for News, Data, Blog, Presentation, Video, and others for this, in “News and Publication” section.

    1. Creator Admins

    Creator Admins are the founding father of this INT platform and selected person who operate this website. This user has all of the access of the website, monitoring netizen interaction, give warning to the user, ban the user, and promote selected user becoming super user.

    To prevent fake user or anonymous user, only Medco Business Unit employee allowed register as user. The verification of the user proved by registered list of Medco Business email in INT platform. Generally, without having any Medco business unit email, you can’t register or having an account in INT.


    Microsoft Survey in “Civility, Safety, and Interactions Online 2020” for Digital Civility Index (DCI), showed that Indonesia netizen has the lowest result in ASEAN for its online attitude and behavior. So to prevent this, we create several rules and policy.

    Hateful Behavior 

    During online interaction, comment, and discussion in this INT Platform,

    • You may not threaten violence against an individual or a group of people. We also prohibit the glorification of violence.
    • You may not promote violence against, threaten, or harass other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease.
    • You may not engage in the targeted harassment of someone, or incite other people to do so. This includes wishing or hoping that someone experiences physical harm.
    • And other behaviors that against general ethics and law in Indonesia.

    All user may report this kind of act, by contact Creator Admins or by using “Contact Us” page.
